Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.

Here's a quick rundown:

First, Backerkit needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).

We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect information such as addresses, NPC Info, Location Info, and Monster Info.

We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.     

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

Answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

Ecclesicon Beta Test Recap

Hey everyone!


Just wanted to share a quick update from this past weekend—I had the chance to run a beta playtest of Plaguebound at Ecclesicon, and it was a blast! The players had a great time exploring the world, and I got some valuable feedback on mechanics and pacing.


The new feats I introduced definitely need a bit of balancing, but that’s exactly what playtesting is for. I walked away with a clearer vision of what needs tuning, and I’m more excited than ever for where Plaguebound is heading.


Also, if you’re ever in the Palmyra, NJ area around this time of year, I highly recommend checking out Ecclesicon. It’s a small convention, but it’s full of heart and awesome folks.

Stretch Goals Await!
We have some fantastic additions planned that will make Plaguebound even more immersive and thrilling. Here's what you can unlock by pushing past our initial goal:
  • $3,000 – New Playable Races
    • Unlock three unique and lore-rich races:
      • Rimekin – Amphibious shark-like pirates who rule the southern waters.
      • Clovinar – Brutish, goat-like mountain dwellers.
      • Timberwights – Former forest spirits turned warlike, using plague-forged armor.
    • Each race will come with detailed lore, cultural backgrounds, and gameplay mechanics to enrich your adventures.
  • $5,000 – Foundry VTT Module
    • Bring Plaguebound to life with a fully integrated Foundry VTT module, including all content from the core book, interactive maps, tokens, and more to enhance your virtual tabletop experience.
  • $6,000 – Initiative Deck of Cards
    • Enhance your gameplay with a custom-designed Initiative Deck. These cards will streamline combat and add a tactile element to your sessions.
  • $10,000 – Echoes of the Fallen Star Campaign
    • Unlock an epic one-shot to 6-10 session campaign titled Echoes of the Fallen Star. This narrative arc will delve into ancient mysteries and plague-born horrors, offering deep lore and unforgettable challenges.
